Refund Policy

If RedactBar is not working out for your setup, email support@getredactbar.com within 14 days of purchase with your order email and we will issue a full refund. No reason required, no questions asked.

Refunds are processed by Polar and typically take 2–5 business days to appear on your bank statement. Your license key will be deactivated upon refund.

Optional renewals for continued updates are refundable under the same terms within 14 days of renewal.
